Rolling Wave (The)

The Rolling Wave (or Rolling Waves) is a jig I associate with Tony MacMahon, the great box player from Clare. He recorded it on the album “MacMahon From Clare” but it was also released on the live album with Steve Cooney more recently.

“The Rolling Wave” is also the opening tune of the movie “The Boys & Girl From County Clare”, which is a classic if you are into Irish Music 😉
