“The Attic Sessions” is a new concert series that features some of the very best musicians of Ireland, including Award-winning artists. The 60-mins concerts are acoustic and take place in the intimate, candle-lit atmosphere of The Attic at Hotel Doolin. It is a unique opportunity to experience the very best of Irish traditional music in a cozy and welcoming setting where musicians can share their magic with a small, privileged audience.

Sean Vaughan

Sean Vaughan is an accordion player from Kilmaley, Co. Clare. His powerful, rhythmic and passionate style make him a session favourite all over Clare. Sean performed a concert at the Ennis Trad Fest 2023 with accompanist Brian Mooney and it is a privilege to have him on our line-up for The Attic Sessions.

Hugh Healy
Hugh Healy is a multi All-Ireland winning concertina player from Corofin Co. Clare. He released his solo album “Ceolaire” in 2021 and had previously recorded “Macalla na hÓige”, in 2004 with his brother Colm and  “We Were Drinking and Kissing the Ladies”, with Blackie O Connell in 2010. Hugh is also a very sought after teacher and has taught and played in many festivals all over the world.
